The experience was fraught with issues. The room was unkempt with visible stains and unpleasant odors. I encountered rude service and a lack of cleanliness throughout the hotel. The breakfast selection was severely limited. Overall, my stay was disappointing and left much to be desired.

Had a great time with friends! The location was perfect for our visit to Brooks Hill Winery and some golfing at Heritage Hill Golf Course. The room was clean and comfy, and we appreciated the ample towels. Just a heads up, breakfast can get busy, so plan accordingly.

The only downside was the breakfast area. it was pretty cramped, and we had to grab food to go due to the crowd.

Not what I expected at all

It was super weird here. The mattress looked like it had seen better days—seriously, yellow and with stains! The staff took way too long to get me into a new room, and the place just felt untidy. Breakfast was decent, but it was packed and not very organized. Just a heads up about the messy vibes on the carpet too.

The king bed was very uncomfortable.

However, the property showed signs of wear, including a cracked tub and no elevator access to the second floor, which made navigating with luggage challenging. Also, the absence of shuttle service wasn't communicated, adding to some inconvenience.

my stay at baymont was pretty pleasant overall. it’s conveniently located right off the freeway, making it easy to get around. the outdoor swimming pool was a nice spot to cool off after a long day. also, the staff was nice and helpful when I had a minor issue with my room.

Yo, the breakfast spread was a winner! Loved the crispy waffles and fragrant coffee. Plus, we were just a hop from great spots like Waffle House and Frisch's Big Boy for bites. The King Room was comfy, too!

This place suits me perfectly! I enjoy the free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and the easy parking. The staff even helped me with plug adaptors during my first stay, which I truly appreciated. I recommend it! Coming back for Easter.
